Are you sensing a theme? We’ve done cute shorts, cute stuff for the pool and beach, sunscreens, and carry-on bags. Now: Swimsuits! It’s summer time! Folks are obviously very persnickety about their swimwear, and I get it. Recently, one of you asked about tankinis. I’m pleased to report that Lands’ End has a million tankinis; so does Boden. (I LOVE Boden’s swimwear.) I’ve rounded up a bunch of suits that I think are cute here in the widget, but this is also a great place to get and give recommendations, since we all have such different needs here.
Personally, my rotation currently includes this Left on Sunday one piece (SIZE UP and if you think you need a long, you do), this Left on Sunday bikini top worn with an old random black bottom from J.Crew I’ve had for years, this one-piece that is currently on huge sale, and an old Marysia that is probably on its last good summer but which lasted me FOR YEARS which is good because it was very spendy. (I bought it when I was depressed to try to feel something several years ago.) I’m tempted by this Quince zip-front because I want something with a full-coverage back. (And I really want this one. It’s reversible!)
