I love a run-off! Although Jenna Ortega easily took the Worst Dressed crown for the Actors red carpet — with the huge caveat that everyone thought her head looked fantastic — it was a closer race for Best Dressed. Three folks got more than 10% of the vote, so we’re going to a run-off!
