Carte Blanchett herself obviously came to Milan this Fashion Week to support her old pal Mr. Armani, and rep the brand itself.  Here, she’s presenting an award at something called the CNMI Sustainable Fashion Awards, and this is in fact from Armani’s archives, circa 2012. Blanchett and her stylist Elizabeth Stewart are pretty good about sustainability — remember when Cate re-wore her 2014 Golden Globes look to Cannes in 2018, for example? Or the time she re-wore a BUNCH of different looks at the Venice Film Festival in 2020? (I WISH she’d re-wear this custom Mary Katrantzou from the same Cannes, I am truly dying to see it out and about again.) This, too, is a re-wear of sorts — she wore it on Instagram like two weeks ago (but I suspect she’s had it for ages):

It’s like the FANCIEST JAMMIES EVER. Do you have any Rewear Requests here? I mean…if we’re really going for it, let’s go for this. (If you need to jog your memory, Cate’s Red Carpet Retrospective lives here and it’s a TREAT.)
