The American Music Awards felt a little under-attended this year. Megan Thee Stallion pulled out at the last minute. Jennifer Lopez, Coldplay, and Carrie Underwood performed but skipped the red carpet (we’ll cover them later). It’s a real bummer. But at least we have Billy. This outfit says, “You can rain on this parade all you want; I won’t feel a THING.”
