On the whole, I feel like this Golden Globes red carpet was fairly low key — no one looked so aggressively hideous that I wanted to throw myself down the garbage chute and into the dumpster in the basement of my building, but by the same token, there were few gowns that I think were truly gloriously memorable on the other end. But it wasn’t all Sure Fine Whatever: We still had some very good ones, and this is the time when you get to vote on the one you liked the very best.
As always: This is just a representative sample of looks that (a) we liked or (b) you guys really liked and (c) we think could sincerely win. Please do not get angry at us if the one look that you loved the most did not make the cut. This isn’t the presidential election! We’re all just here for fun! Although I believe the winner of this does get an automatic bye into the US 2020 presidential race and will automatically be placed on your primary ballot, so choose wisely.
